What we collect, and how to get rid of it.

If you use the form on this site

We store the web address you give us, your email if you give us one, and — on the longer form — your name, business name, phone number and whatever you write in the notes. We store it so we can do the work and reply to you. That is the only reason.

If we contacted you first

We use information that was already published on your own website and in public business listings. We explain exactly how on how we found you.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not hand it to anyone else to market to you. If we ever use a third-party service to send email or process payments, that service will only ever see what it needs to do that job.

If you become a customer

Any personal data that flows through your website — contact form submissions, enquiries, bookings — belongs to you. We process it on your behalf and pass it straight to you. We do not build a marketing list out of your customers.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics that follow you around the web.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep billing records.

Getting rid of it

Email [email protected] and ask. We will delete what we hold on you and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

If we sent you a preview of a redesigned site, every one of those has a delete button on the page itself and in the email. One click, no login, gone immediately.
