How we found you
We emailed you out of the blue. Here's exactly why.
If you'd rather we didn't, skip to the bottom — it takes one click and we won't contact you again.

Where your details came from
Your own website, and public business listings — the kind of thing anyone gets by searching for your trade in your area. A business name, a public email address or contact form, a phone number, and the web address that was already printed on your site. Nothing private, nothing bought from a list, nothing scraped from behind a login.
Why we contacted you specifically
Because we looked at your website and thought we could make it noticeably better. That is the whole reason. We are not emailing everyone in your town — we look first, and if we have nothing useful to say we do not write.
The preview we sent you
If our email included a link to a redesigned version of your homepage, that page is private. It is not listed anywhere, not linked from this site, not in our sitemap, and it carries instructions telling search engines not to index it. It expires by itself after thirty days.
It is clearly marked as an unofficial concept and it says plainly that it is not affiliated with or endorsed by your business. Nothing on your real site has been touched or changed in any way.
Making it go away
There is a delete button on the preview page itself and a link in the email. One click, no login, no form, no questions — the page is gone immediately and permanently.
To stop hearing from us entirely, use the unsubscribe link in the email or just reply and say so. Either works, and either is the end of it. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove everything we hold on you.
If you'd rather talk to a person
Reply to the email, or write to [email protected]. A person reads it.
