What we do
We build you a website, host it on our servers, keep it maintained and working, and — on the higher tier — work on making you findable in Google and in AI assistants. What each tier includes is listed on the pricing page, and that list is the scope.
What it costs and when
A one-off setup fee of $299, charged only once you have seen the design and approved it. If you do not approve it, you owe nothing and we delete it. After that, $69 or $199 a month depending on the tier, billed monthly in advance.
What you own
Your domain, registered in your name on your own account. Your Google Business Profile — you stay the owner, we are only ever added as a manager, and we remove ourselves within seven days of you leaving. Your content, your photos, and every lead and phone call the site produces. We do not hold any of it.
Ask at any time and we will send you a complete copy of your site — every page, every image — plus a short guide for whoever takes it over next. There is no fee for this and no waiting period.
Cancelling
Email us. There is no notice period, no exit fee and no minimum term. Your site stays live for thirty days after you cancel so nothing breaks while you move it, and we will help point your domain wherever you want it to go.
What is not included
Online shops and checkout, multi-location sites, booking-system integrations, and a content editor you manage yourself. Edits are included up to the monthly allowance on your tier; beyond that we will quote before doing anything.
What we can and cannot promise
We promise the work and the responsiveness described on your tier. We cannot promise a particular position in Google, a particular number of calls, or that any AI assistant will recommend you — nobody honestly can, and anyone who does is guessing. What we do promise is that the work gets done and the report arrives.
Uptime
We monitor your site, back it up nightly to separate storage, and fix things when they break. We do not offer a numbered uptime guarantee at this price, and we would rather say so than print a number we cannot stand behind.
