Who you are dealing with
These terms are between you and Mohammed Chaara, trading as Fablence (NIF Y7799089X, EU VAT number ESY7799089X), Gandia, 46701 Valencia, Spain, support@fablence.com. Fablence works for businesses and professionals: choosing a plan means you are acting for your business or profession.
What we do
We design your website, build it, host it on our servers and keep it maintained. On Growth we also work on your rankings in Google search and Google Maps and on your visibility in AI assistants. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page, and that list is the scope. Native apps are a separate, one-off service on top of any plan.
Your free website design
We design your new website before you pay anything. If you do not approve it, you owe nothing and we delete it. Choosing a plan is how you approve it.
What it costs and when
Monthly plans: $99 a month on Basic or $189 a month on Growth, billed monthly in advance, plus a one-off build fee of $299 on the first invoice. Nothing is charged before you approve your design.
Yearly plans: 12 months at the monthly price ($1,188 or $2,268), paid upfront for the year, and the build is free.
Every plan includes 30 minutes of edits and 5 new pages a month. Edits beyond that are $20 an hour, billed in blocks of 15 minutes; each extra page is $20; moving a site to a different domain is $20, once. Other work is quoted as a number you approve in writing before we start. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Native apps are $1,499 per platform, charged once when you accept the app. A later version is $499 per update, per platform.
Prices are in US dollars, or in euros at the same amounts for customers in the euro area, and do not include VAT or other sales taxes. Where the law requires them, they are added at checkout and on each invoice, based on your billing address and any VAT number you give.
Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Changing your plan
Change plans yourself in your dashboard; you never need to write to us. A move up, to Growth or to yearly billing, applies at once and you are charged the difference. A move down, to Basic or to monthly billing, applies at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What you own
Your domain, registered in your name on your own account. Your Google Business Profile: you stay the owner, we are only ever added as a manager, and we remove ourselves within seven days of you leaving. Your content, your photos, and every lead and phone call the site produces. We do not hold any of it.
Ask at any time and we will send you a complete copy of your site, every page and every image, plus a short guide for whoever takes it over next. There is no fee for this and no waiting period.
Canceling
Cancel your plan from Billing in your dashboard. It stops the next renewal: your site stays live, and everything in your plan keeps running, until the end of the period you have paid for. Monthly plans have no notice period, no exit fee and no minimum term. A yearly plan already paid is not refunded.
Close your account from Settings in your dashboard; you do not need to write to anyone. We send you a complete export of your website first, and we will help point your domain wherever you want it to go. Your site stays online for 30 days on a monthly plan, or to the end of the year you paid for on a yearly one.
What is not included
Native apps, which are priced above. Fees charged by other companies: your domain registration, payment processing and any paid software you choose to use. Advertising spend. Sites for several locations, which we quote before we start. Edits beyond your monthly allowance, which we quote before doing anything.
Your part
Anything you send us for your site, from text and photos to logos, must be yours to use. The business details on your site, such as prices, opening hours and claims about your services, are yours to keep accurate; tell us when they change and we update them.
What we can and cannot promise
We promise the work and the responsiveness described on your plan. We cannot promise a particular position in Google, a particular number of calls, or that any AI assistant will recommend you: no provider can guarantee these. What we do promise is that the work described on your plan gets done and your report arrives each month.
Backups and uptime
We monitor your site and fix things when they break. Every site is backed up every night and each copy is kept for 30 days; Growth adds a second copy stored off the server, kept for 12 months. The plans do not include a numbered uptime guarantee (a service-level agreement).
Your visitors' data
When your website collects personal data, such as messages, bookings, orders or visit counts, you decide what it is for and we handle it on your behalf: under the GDPR, you are the controller and we are your processor. We:
- use it only to run your website and the services on your plan, as you instruct us;
- keep it confidential, and bind everyone who works on it to the same;
- keep it secure, with encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and nightly backups;
- use only the services named in our privacy policy to do so, and tell you before we add another;
- help you answer your visitors' requests, and tell you without delay if their data is ever put at risk;
- hand it back with your website export when you leave, then delete it;
- give you what you need to check that we meet these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we email you before the change applies to you.
Law and courts
Spanish law applies to these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of Gandia (Valencia), unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.

Apple, iPhone, iPad and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc. Windows is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. The Android robot is reproduced or modified from work created and shared by Google and used according to terms described in the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License.
Google, Google Maps and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. Bing and Copilot are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Apple Maps is a trademark of Apple Inc. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI. Cloudflare is a trademark of Cloudflare, Inc. Their logos appear on our website only to name the services we work with; none of these companies sponsors or endorses Fablence.
