What is the website design process for clients, step by step?
Six steps, and you pay nothing until the fifth. You tell us about your business: your web address if you have one, or a few details if you do not. We design your new website and send it to you at a private link within 48 hours. You review it, ask for changes, and approve it when it is right. Once you approve it, your website goes live within 72 hours.

How long does it take to build a website?
With us, days rather than months. Your design is ready within 48 hours, and once you approve it, your website goes live within 72 hours. Most web projects take far longer because the calendar fills with discovery calls, content requests and waiting for photos. We remove that wait: we can use the content on your current site, work with new material you send, or write it for you from a few details. Every old address gets a permanent redirect, which protects your rankings. Google advises to "keep the redirects for as long as possible, generally at least 1 year" (Google Search Central, 2026). Website design revisions: what is included?
Before you approve, every change is included and nothing is billed. After launch, every plan includes 30 minutes of edits and 5 new pages a month, done within 24 hours. Beyond that, edits are $20€20 an hour, billed in blocks of 15 minutes, and each extra page is $20€20, always quoted for you to approve first.

What is on our website launch checklist?
Six checks, in the order that protects your business. Every old page address redirected to its new page. Every page open to search engines, because a page accidentally hidden from search (noindex) stays out of Google's results entirely (Google Search Central). Every form sent from a phone and received. The secure padlock (HTTPS), nightly backups and 24/7 monitoring running before the switch. Your visitor stats recording from the first visit. And the website handover checklist, in writing: where the domain is registered and in whose name, where the site is hosted, who controls the domain settings (DNS), and where your email runs. It is part of every launch, so you always know exactly what you own.
What does our web design contract say?
What matters in a web design contract comes down to four terms: the minimum term, the notice period, the exit fee and who owns the site. Ours are simple. Month to month, with no minimum term and no notice period: cancel from your dashboard at any time and your site stays live to the end of the period you have paid for; close your account and it stays online 30 days while you move it. No exit fee. You keep the domain, the content, the leads and the Google Business Profile, and a full export of the site is sent the same day you ask, free.

That last row protects you. Google says a manager has the same access as an owner with one exception: "they can't add or remove users or remove the profile" (Google Business Profile Help, 2026). So we can post updates and keep your hours right, and the listing that brings your calls always stays under your control.
Who owns my website when a developer builds it?
With us, you do: the domain is registered in your name, and the content, leads and reviews are yours from the first day. In general, ownership follows the contract. A website is four assets that can belong to different people (the domain name, the hosting account, the code and the content), and copyright stays with whoever wrote the code unless it is assigned in writing. UK law is explicit: "The author of a work is the first owner of any copyright in it" (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, section 11). In the US, a commissioned website is generally not a work made for hire without a signed agreement (US Copyright Office, Circular 30). You can check who holds any domain with ICANN Lookup.
Who will you work with?
The designer who builds and runs your site, with the whole team behind them. Your requests go straight to the person who knows your site, with no ticket queue and no hand-off after the sale, and every email is answered within one business day. The site itself is watched around the clock: uptime is monitored, backups run every night, and a real person on our team checks it every day, so a problem is caught and handled without you having to report it.
What is included, and what is quoted separately?
Every plan includes the website and the integrations it needs: an online store with checkout and payments, bookings, newsletter sign-ups, a CRM connection and live chat, plus your own admin panel if you would rather edit the site yourself. Native apps are $1,499€1,499 per platform, once, then $499€499 per update, per platform. Work larger than the monthly allowance, such as a custom feature, is $20€20 an hour and quoted before any work starts.
Switching from another web designer
We handle the move for you. Before you cancel anything with your current provider, four items make the switch smooth, and we help you request each one:
- The notice period. Find the renewal and termination terms, so you know the earliest date you can end the agreement.
- Your domain. Confirm with ICANN Lookup that it is registered to you, and ask for the transfer code if it is held elsewhere.
- A full copy of the site. Its pages, images and any database.
- Your Google Business Profile. Make sure you are the owner, not only a manager.
Keep your current hosting running until all four are in hand. A short email covers everything:
